I noticed that there are 3 aid stations on the bike course. What is provided at the aid stations and more importantly HOW is it provided (bottles, cups, etc)?
Do they hand out full bottles of water at the aid stations? The kind that will fit in your cage on your frame?
Trying to decide if I can just have my Aerodrink + one bottle in the frame of my bike and replace/refill at the aid station as necessary. Thanks.
