Looking to get a Castelli free or body paint tri short.
My PI size is med and comfortable. 5’8 152
Should I order one size larger from Castelli ?
I am about your size and a large fits nice. Medium was way too tight
I’m 158 with 31-32 waist and the Large if anything is on the tight side. I know they run tight but we’re talking almost uncomfortable. So I wouldn’t go Medium.
In their free aero tri-suit, I had to get a large for a long enough suit. I was about 150 and 6’0" at the time. The suit was not lose around the legs or waist either.
I’m 6’1 160ish 31" waist. I wear a medium in all gear except Castelli. With Castelli it is always 1 size up to the large.
wow i’m shocked everyone is saying Large. I’m a shade under 6-3, 175 pounds (i’m not skinny) and I wear medium castelli bike bibs and tri shorts. For Ironman Maryland I wore medium top & medium bottom body paint tri pieces, along with a Medium T1 stealth jersey on the bike.
FWIW in the Aero race jerseys i have to go to a size large because the sleeves are too tight in the mediums.
I’m a 33 waist with biker quads and the L Bodypiant Tri short fits fine for me. Go with the M.
