San Fran came to play.
Prime has gone to commercial with Blink 182 and Offspring music. Niners are punk inspired.
Thanks. I can live with being alone on the island. As a Seahawks fan the 49ers are my least favorite team in the league, but they come up big in games like this when everyone counts them out. Matches like this in the NFC West are always a tossup even if one team appears massively favored, so I took a gamble the 9ers would surprise everyone. So far, so good! We’ll see if they can keep it up.

Which conference wins the most interconference games this week (AFC vs NFC)? NFC
Posted…I’ve been traveling all week and will be so til next week so probably won’t be an active participant this week
Epic start to the week ![]()
Indeed. I’m going to relish my 2.5 days or so on top! I’m sure it won’t last long.
What a dumb call at the end by the LAR!
Hindsight is 20/20. 4th and 1, in the red zone, victory is within reach. If the Rams kicked a FG and ended things on a tie everyone would be piling on the Rams for chickening out on a win.
Kudos for the 49ers for defending it. But I’m good with what the Rams chose. Actually, I’m not - It cost me my pick. @#$% Rams!
If that were Dan Campbell Jake Bates wouldn’t have even bothered to get up from the bench and find his helmet.
I’m not talking about kicking or not kicking a FG. I’m talking about the actual play. Of course, if Williams had held onto the ball at the end of regulation, it might not have gone to OT.
McVay’s call on fourth-and-1 was abysmal. A handoff straight up the gut to Kyren Williams, who got stonewalled short.
Looks like Mac is trying to follow in Baker and Darnold’s footsteps. He made some really nice throws last night.
In other bizarre QB news, Mark Sanchez and Jay Cutler are not retiring gently.
“Former NFL quarterback and current Fox Sports broadcaster Mark Sanchez was arrested by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department on Saturday and is facing three misdemeanor charges in relation to an incident where he was stabbed and taken to a hospital.
“The IMPD said Sanchez was arrested at the hospital on suspicion of battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication. No further individuals are being sought by detectives. The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will make the final charging decision, the IMPD said.“
Cutler meanwhile:
“The Former Star QB has agreed to a plea deal stemming from an October 2024 DUI where he was in a minor accident but offered the other driver $2000 to keep it quiet, the other driver declined and called the police. Jay will spend 4-days in jail.”
Browns looking good early, could be a close one.
Current stats - Dillon Gabriel 16-26, 135 yards and 2 touchdowns
I think they’re going to pull this off. Defense is on point today keeping the weapons holstered. Gabriel looks like he’s been here before. I guess 6 years of playing NCAA has its advantages.
Predicting a blocked FG and Browns win…
Great early game. I thought the Brownies were going to pull it off.
