Yes, changes up to the point of kickoff for the game in question is permitted. The earlier the change the easier to track, but the final cutoff is kickoff.

I don’t think the Ravens will be (as) motivated. Rush is a different type of QB than Jackson so I don’t think offense will click. Texans should be hungry for a win, and licking their chops.
Separate note - Shadeur “turning down” the Ravens, looks like a huge missed opportunity for him now.
I’ve got my stage win this season, so I’m rolling the dice on my Champ’s Choice. The Vikings are only 2-2 and it’s a neutral site game–Go Browns! The Jets are due for a win against the 1-2-1 Boys at home–Go Jets! My other 2 AFC pics are favored.

IMO the toughest call this week is the GOTW - Bucs v Seahawks. Seattle is -3 as of Thursday afternoon, but Mayfield has played well so far this season. I’m taking the Seahawks at home, but I would not be shocked if the Bucs pull off a late drive to win it.
Same. Home field advantage was my tie breaker.
I don’t know if Mike Evans is healthy yet either. He’s a difference maker.
THAT home field in particular.
Evans didn’t practice today. But if he is miraculously cleared to play, I would consider changing my pick.

Ha. I hear you. That was a major factor in my decision to go with Seattle as I expect that it can be a close game.
