The tax rate will be $67.32 payable at check in. (for all 11 nights)

I got Ben’s condo deal last year, can endorse for quick and accurate communication. Very nice place to stay.

So I found out the cancellation has to be done by phone Monday to Friday, that means three extra days to take advantage of the offer I’m presenting before I cancel it on Tuesday September 17, 2024.

Now you can get all 11 nights for $1,900.00, that is $172.72 per night.
If you don’t need all 11 nights, you can still get the condo at the following rates:
10 nights for $1,800.00
9 nights for $1,700.00
8 nights for $1,600.00
Then, as I need to recoup my yearly condo fees, the rate will be $1,500.00 for 7, 6, or 5 nights. I have to keep the condo reservation for at least 5 nights.
