OK, so I had heard about it. Then we saw one in person. The 2011 Felt’s are starting to show up at the LBS. A buddy of mine has been riding a specialized allez and in the market for his first tri bike for well over a year now. He stopped by the LBS and sure enough, the 2011 B16 was there and equipped with full ultegra drivetrain for $1,999. He bought it, got fit by the owner of the shop, and yesterday we took it for the first ride. That’s an amazing bike.

The bike shown in the link above is exactly how the bike was built up. It’s gorgeous, and a TON of bike for the money. I bought a cannondale slice 5 this spring and was more than satisfied with the 105. I didn’t think there was much room for competition to beat that. But this B16 really is impressive.
