I’ll wager that the double diamond frame is probably close to being maxed out in terms of aerodynamics. My old P2K was a huge leap from my round tubed bike, but the P5 over a P4 will not be as significant. It is good to see Cervelo is always looking for small improvements on the same model rather than just let it run its course. Kudos to them.
-redesigned seat post clamp
-stronger and rust resistant clamping screw with a deeper socket to prevent stripping
-reinforced frame around seat post to withstand clamping load
-ICS3
-front derailleur mount was stiffened
-front derailleur mount slot was lengthened to increase compatibility with range of chainring sizes
-changed shape of downtube to allow us of standard water bottles and improve pedaling stiffness
-changed manufacturing technique to improve frame quality including quality of internal tube surfaces
-additional water bottle boss
-improved integrated water bottle retention
-integrated water bottle lid to decrease chance of retention strap breaking
-improved brake access
-brake arm shape changed for increased performance
-redesigned brake cover/stiffener for improved wheel clearance
-cable clamp design changed to a standard brake-type clamp
-new BB cable guide design
.
I’m not sure either, because I haven’t really taken a close look at a 2011 P4. All that info was from a small brochure that Cervelo put together on the changes. I’ll post something if I hear or see what the change actually is!

I still have not counted 25 and I would love to see the complete list, but for just the mentioned changes are important improvements.
Sergio-
I think that is the complete list. For example, the new BB cable guide design or the redesigned seat post clampmight consist of a few changes each, so the total number of actual changes is 25. Maybe I’m wrong but that’s what I’m guessing.

Here are some directly from a 2011 P4 brochure:

Maybe they’re counting each one of the additional threads on the clamp screw as a distinct improvement?

I think some of those changes are very important. Enough to wait for the 2011 model.
Where is the additional water bottle boss? From the picture online I can not seem them. Also saw the bike in person and did not notice them.
The additional water bottle boss is within the mounting system for the current water bottle. Essentially making it easier to mount the water bottle/cage of your choice vs. the P4 bottle or the Elite TT bottle that you’re limited to with older models.
It would be interesting if someone could test all the available aero bottles on the wind tunnel for the P4. I am particularly interested in how the Arundel bottle fits, but apparently no one has fitted one to the P4.
I bought a 2009 P4 at the end of last year and raced it all this season. She can be a bit of a beast to work on, but she’s a VERY sweet bike. A VERY, VERY sweet bike. In fact, forget that I said this and go buy something else. I don’t want my competition showing up with one.
The upgrades listed address all the areas that have been headaches to me. None of the headaches have been bad enough that I wouldn’t buy the bike again if I had it to do over again.
Well my list is slowly being dwindled down. Just thought Cervelo would update their website to include a list of the updates to the new 2011 P4 as it seems 25 updates to a frame would be a big deal. Instead you almost have to dig for the info.

FWIW.
Good to know Cervélo (as usual) fixed those areas.
I am intrigued about reading (or hearing?) somewhere that the 2011 has also a slight aero advantage over the 2010 model. Anyone knows where this slight improvement came from?

"The seattube shape is an outright improvement . The downtube is about the same if you use the Cervelo bottle but better with any other bottle (for example an Elite or Arundel aero bottle). "
