Did I read that right? $2400 for the complete P2??? At first glance I thought, “huh, they bumped up the price of the frameset again.” $2400 for that bike is going to be tough to beat.

2400 sounds like an incredible deal. I thought the Felt B16 was a good deal. For $400 you’re really getting a lot more it seems.
Maybe more interesting is that the aluminum frames from Cervelo (triathlon line) are gone. Quite a move IMO.

Hmm, well, fork, base bar, aerobars, saddle are all things I like better on the p2. Probably wheels, bar end shifters, too. I personally like the name brands (non in house) a bit more on the cervelo that make use of a given company’s competitive advantages.

I dont get nor like the trend of superbikes having to be in Black for the first year or two (Giant, Specialized, Cervelo)…we know its fast so you dont need to make it look like a stealth jet. Still dont like the look of the P4, P3 looks pretty good
are u saying the 2011 prices are 500.00 down? p4 now 6200??
I was told by an employee at my LBS that the P2 price was going to go down and that Cervelo was doing away with aluminum bikes because the price of carbon went down and the price of aluminum went up.
