Just thought I’d drop a note to let everyone know the 2004 Ironhorse Triathlon site is up and running. The good news is that this year it is the USAT Regional Long Course Championship for the Mideast Region (although you don’t need to be from that region to race). As one of the oldest long course races in the country, we are hoping to get some of the past winners (anyone wanna badger Huddle or Deboom for me? ;-).
Of course, it wouldn’t be a bad location for the slowtwitch tour to visit either (nudge, nudge, wink, wink…say no more).
Look forward to seeing everyone in Springfield in June!
If you are still getting the old site, you may try refreshing your screen in case your computer has stored the old page in it’s cache memory (this sometimes happens).
…and yes…while it’s predominantly a midwesterner age group type of race, Paul (McDevitt) puts on a great event. With the Bicyclesports truck returning this year, and the great venue of the park, it’s a great day to spend Father’s Day with the entire family
