Nice work man. A year ago last week I started on a nutrition/life change and have dropped 80lbs so far with just diet and exercise. Doing IM Az in Nov and the Ca Death Ride in July. Amazing feeling of accomplishment to drop the weigh isn’t it. Good luck this year from one ex fatty to another.
