I can only seem to find them in 80mm. I absolutely HATE my valve extenders and need another option or my 808 wheel set, does anyone know where I could find some?
I have no suggestions but feel your pain. Any valve extender that is not the type that requires the core replacement runs the risk of trying to find something (e.g. random twig) or carrying something for this specific purpose such as a paper clip to deflate a tire if your flat remains partially inflated thereby making removal difficult; I found this out the hard way in a race. One would think that the prevalence of disc wheels and >80 mm rims would entice someone to make such a tube.
Maybe I am being ridiculous with this question but why doesn’t anyone make a 80 or 100 mm latex tube? I can only find 60mm. Seems like an easy way for a company to make some easy cash satisfying an unmet need.

Turns a 60mm stem into a 95mm. I use 'em with my FP80s.
I keep 80mm Valve 650c and 700c tubes in stock in my shop full time. Just got back from an Expo this weekend and first tubes sold out were the 80mm valves, don’t know why so many shops don’t stock, but they don’t.
www.hypercat.com, happy to send to you however many you need, shoot me a note at bikefit@hypercat.com. 100mm valve tubes I have difficulty finding, had some but the quality was terrible and haven’t found a replacement, yet…
How about running vittoria tubs and using their replacement valves, they come up to 110mm (and 80, 60 also I believe). Cleanest solution by far.
On the non Core removable valve stem extenders i put a tiny O ring on my presta valve, so when i screw these one they form a TIGHT seal… When im filling the tire, i can read pressure just fine, and there are NO leaks, even when using CO2
I got about 100 of those tiny o rings online for ~ 1 dollar
i first figured out what size i needed by buying a variety box at harbor frieght for 5 dollars
now i keep the O ring on my spare tubes in my flat kit, as well as 2 valve extenders and my Co2 inflator…
works PERFECT
