The BB length depends on the brand and model of the crank. If you need a new one get the same model as you have. Felts tri bikes take english threaded 68 mm width BB, but thats not the axle length.

…from memory I think the 2006 B2 used a Dura Ace crankset. The width of the BB shell is 68mm on all Felt road bikes as that is the standard threaded shell width for road bikes. More and more you are seeing proprietary BB systems, but Felt’s remain a standard threaded shell.
The actual width of the spindle would depend on the crankset, and in the case of Dura Ace, the 2 piece design integrates the spindle to the crank arm negating the need to figure out the correct width as it is inclusive.
