Ankle angle and cleat position
Looking into my pedaling stile I saw that I am a Heeler, tend to heel down. Not really worried about that, but confused about the recommended angle here and also the influence of cleats in that angle. Should I move the cleats backs in order to gain more angle?
What are your experiences with that?

I'm talking of angle less than 10° at the bottom of the stroke.

Before making changes to accommodate your ankle angle, I would confirm that your knee and hip angle are appropriate.
My master's research was specifically in this area and it was clear that individuals used varying ankle angles to "preserve" knee and hip angles.
