yes, I did a nice job keeping the mileage tame!
swim: 20,675 yds in 7 swims (I'm getting about 50 minutes a day with the local lane reservation system)
run: 22.5 mi in 7 runs (miles by day: 2, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.7, 5, 5)
goals this week

do foam roll or hip/glute exercises every day
swim my little fishie tail off (a good start this AM with 25 x 100 on 1:25)
