That said, Fox News doesn't care. Making claims of procedural unfairness is win-win for them. If Trump is guilty - well it's because of procedural unfairness. If Trump is not-guilty, it's clearly because the jury saw through the prosecutorial incompetence and their unfairness.
It's just like MAGA/Trump already claiming the 2024 election is fraudulent/rigged. It's win-win.
Fox News just wants to give their viewers what they want to hear even if it isn’t grounded in reality.
If trump is guilty Fox News will say it’s unfair and the penalty was too harsh (see how right wing posters responded to the defamation verdict). If trump is found not guilty then the entire system was completely out to get him and democrats will get what’s coming to them.
They are forced to vote for Trump because Biden has weaponized the DOJ, and they care a lot about the DOJ......the fact that this is a State trial does not matter.
