Write Me Some Endless Pool Sessions Please...
Hi All,

With a long lay off due to knee surgery and shoulder issues (6 months), retail therapy ended up with me buying an endless pool.

I'm currently back up to swimming for about 30 minutes 3 times per week.

Just running out of ideas for sessions to keep things fresh such as pyramids, kicking etc.

What 30 minutes session can you guys come up with?

Cheers,

Pat.

60 seconds on hard. 15 easy. 15 rest.

30 on 30 off at a faster speed.

Face the opposite direction and do sculling drills trying to stay in a straight line really working arms.

30 seconds breathing every 3. Stop for a bit. 30 breathing every 5 then stop. 30 breathing every 7. Stop. 30 breathing every 9. Stop.

To reach your desired time.

Just load some from a training peaks plan into the fit@home app. I use the 80/20 plan for 70.3 and full and load whatever workout is scheduled. They repeat so you can save them in there and pull it up on your phone or ipad. The only adjustments that I make are to the split times as the season progresses and my fitness improves.
