My 5 Day Covid Experience:

Wed - Woke up feeling like someone splashed concentrated acid onto my throat and lungs. Got test kits. Positive.
Thu - My throat/lungs are on fire. Positive.
Fri - My throat/lungs feel much better. I'm tired as hell. I'm sleeping 15hrs a day. Positive.
Sat - I feel much better. I go for a walk where no humans are, but feeling tired. Sleepapalooza. Positive.
Sun - I no longer feel tired. All symptoms are gone. Positive.
Today - Negative!! Twice, just to be sure. Swam 1500m in a gentle 29:45.

I hope I didn't break any rules. I figure 2 days of feeling relatively symptom-free and testing negative means that I'm ok.

I had 4 shots through the pandemic. I cannot imagine what this would be like if I was one of those "freedom" people. Good luck to them is all I can say.

When I wrote this I did not realize that "post-covid" would be a bitch, with waves of fatigue and lung bullshit. But, today saw some signs of life:

400m+200m+100m+50m+25m+15m+15m+15m+400m (7:50, 3:36, 1:36.5, 42, 19, 10, 9.5, 9.5, 7:15).

The 7:15 400m cooldown was very surprising. 7:15 is generally a "push", but today it felt fantastically easy.

I only swim.
I used to run. (31:09 10k)
I never did Triathlon.
Sue me.

77,550 yards in 25 swims (1 double) for Nov for me. This AM my arms felt heavy (I blame cycling) but the splits were good. Lifted a little after - rotator cuff stuff and core.

3500 scm

2 x 200 on 3:30 (3:01, 2:58)
5 x (50 kick 100 fast) 1:20, rest 1:18s
4 x 200 on 3:30 (2:57, 57, 57, 59)
50 kick
3 x 300 on 5:00 (4:30, 4:25, 4:23)
50 kick
2 x (100 "fast", 50 kick) 1:21s so decided time to get out
2 x (100 easy, 50 kick)

I might have done another 100 cd, can't recall.
