Weâ€™re looking for a full time Customer Service Rep who is self-directed, proactive, a great problem-solver, has excellent communication skills, is organized, detail oriented, responsible, and able to work remotely.
The work is fast-paced and detailed and weâ€™re a hardworking team that relies on each other to do our individual jobs for the collective. We are looking for a team player who will help us continue to maintain our reputation for outstanding service.
This is position is permanent and full-time (40 hours/week). Customer service experience and knowledge of cycling and/or triathlon are helpful, but not required.
