Zipp Vuka extensions work on 3T Aero bars. Cheap and easy to install and makes for great results.
Hows the angle working for you? I had to make tapered shims to adjust the built in angle of the 3T bracket. The arm pads are still uncomfortable and it seems the Ventus pads are still on back order.
If you need to adjust the angle, I have the shims I took out of mine.

They feel pretty good and the pads are not the most comfortable ones but my shoulder way more comfy now that its wider. I guess time will tell about the pads.

Why not just get a set of CeeGees Cushys for the stock cups? Less than $30, and the problem is solved.
I put the Cushys on my 3T…comfortable on the elbow but the increase stack makes the wrist angle a little sore on the ski slopes. I may have to try the extensions, but my shoulders are a little more used to the tight cups on the stock Aura. Would the extensions increase drag?

For me bring out the elbow pads helped with shoulder blade comfort and breathing
