Is the brake housing when doing a cable job on the vuka bull supposed to go in to the handlebars, or is it supposed to stop at the little plastic piece that is on the underside of the basebar?
It partially depends on the age of the bull bar as this dictates where the holes is on the base bar. On the most recent model the holes are far out on the bars meaning the cables don’t bend within bars. As long as you ensure the cables aren’t rubbing again the carbon at the hole the housing isn’t really necessary. On earlier generation models the holes are on the wing near the stem so the cables have to bend significantly to reach the brakes. You need to use housing through the base on these models due to the bend.
