I have been under more than one Lexus as well as Mercedes and even Ferrari and Porsche Carrera GT…none have been dimpled at all - there are however many others that I have not been under. The underpinnings make oil changed and any other thing a PITA. I hear from the tech’s that if there is a leak it is hell finding it as the baffle diverts all fluids and they hit the garage floor in weird places.

Yep, I’ve been there with the oil thing on my P-Car. Of course on a P-car it’s a functional spoiler that creates down force to suck that baby to the road. Do you believe that marketing? Hahahaha

The other poster was right…I just can’t remember which model Lexus it was.
In the commercial the had the car almost on a skewer type thing (like a rotissery for a pig) and the rotated the car and it was in a wind tunnel and they blew smoke over it.
Can’t remember the model though, thought it was one of the LS but maybe one of the GS.

Took my deposit for the 997 and paid cash for an A3, long story, some salesman lies, some extra miles on a 997 Turbo…now, the hunt is on for an E63 AMG Saloon…soon as I find one I will order the plates “GRIZWLD”

You think I care about MPG? I could give a shit less…My last car had no pre-cats or cats, no O2’s at all and 6mpg or less at the track. The A3’s biggest issue is that the C320 can hold a bike in the trunk, and another in the back seat. The A3 can fit ONE bike - that is that.

I have both a 06 A3 and a 05 997. Love the A3 with its DSG and a tri bike fits in the back. And the 997, dream car since I was 12.
