Is it possible to adjust a Zipp Disc wheel that’s *slightly *out of true? I have one that’s just a touch out of true, so there’s some slight side-to-side movement as the wheel turns. It’s probably not a huge deal, as long as the brake calipers are adjusted so that they don’t hit the wheel, but it’s irritating. Looking at the wheel, I’m not even sure if it’s possible to adjust it…

I’m not following you here. What do you mean?
As far as I know from being at the factory in Indy this year, discs can be trued. You will need to send it back to the factory though. I would suggest getting in touch with them, email or phone.
I’m in the same boat and I just live with it being out of true. I open up the brakes a little to make sure it doesnt rub. Zipp can true it (they apply heat and a mold I think). They charge $60 per hr. it might take an hour or it might take 4 hours depending on the disc and how out of true it is. Since I bought my 900 disc used for $500 it didnt seem worth it to potentially spend $240 plus shipping to make it true.

Great info. Thanks to everyone for your comments. Bullshark, I think this is probably a dumb question but, do you know if the tubular tire needs to be removed for this process?

Yes, you need to send it to them buck naked - no tire, no skewer, no cassette. Since taking off a tubular and re-gluing is a PITA (if you dont ruin the tire) - it was just another reason I live it.
