use a hair dryer or heat gun to soften them up a bit and then peel
use citrus degreaser (goo gone, pedros, finish line, costco oil eater, etc) to get the gunk off, spread some on and let it sit there a while then use a rag or credit card to get the majority of the goo off. Repeat until it’s clean and then finish off with rubbing alcohol.
Thanks

do you have the old ones? if so they can’t be removed they are under the clear coat. New ones take time but they come clean, you may clean the surface with an alcohol before applying the new ones though.
