I posted a thread yesterday about a Zipp 808 wheel being delivered to me with the end-cap missing on the non-drive side of my new wheel. I had contacted the bike shop and had no luck. Was told I would have to order a new one. Well today I recieved an e-mail message from Bryan Hite from Zipp offering to help me out.
Within 1 hour of my conversation with Byran I had a new end-cap being delivered! I cant say enough about great customer service and how awesome Bryan and the guys at Zipp are. Thank you so much for your great products and excellent customer service. It really goes to show you that Zipp is listening to their customers and taking care of people like you and me.
