This thing is sort of loose on our Zipp 404’s:

(the carbon part)

Any way to stop it from moving?

stick an allenkey in both holes and then loosen. put rubber ring behind caron cap back in place and thighten

Here’s a link to Zipp that will explain in detail how to fix the problem.

When I put it right behind the carbon cap, there is a gap on the other side of the carbon thing.

Yep…another reason to buy other brand’s Zipp OEM wheelsets…Easton preferably.

Children shouldn’t be using Zipp 404’s… that noise you’re hearing is Zipp’s patented Anti-Child-Use-Warning-System or ACHUWS (like a “sneeze”) for short … give them back to daddy and use your own wheels and it won’t happen anymore.

Freestyles not a child, he’s practically almost getting ready to hit puberty.

Ok we fixed it.

Mojo how old are you? 50? 60? Got a wife? Do you even race tris?
