Interesting, but wasn’t she disappointed with her recent bike splits?
Has anyone made the 650-700 or 700-650 switch and noticed a significant difference??? I did the same IM course on both with the same splits. I was nervous about switching up to 700 on a hilly course, I am not a powerful rider.
