Not necessarily the worst date we actually had fun. However as the night wore on I gradually figured out my date was not a woman. She/he was Asian so very slight and effeminate, but also very male. We were planning on going back to “hers” for drinks, but once the penny dropped, I politely made my excuses and left!
A buddy of mine with a large extended family found out he was out on a date with a cousin he didn’t know he had.
I’ve got a bunch of candidates but I’ll throw my hat in the ring with this one: met online, first date, I was feeling fancy so I took her to a nice restaurant. Girl was a pharmacist, I’m guessing 5’5" 105lbs. She started absolutely pounding drinks… four Cosmopolitans in about an hour… and telling me about how much she hated her job (in fairness she was held up at gun point 3x in two years). After dessert she excused herself to go to the restroom. I paid the check and was just sitting there waiting for her to come back… like an idiot… and after about fifteen minutes the waiter came over said “sir, are you waiting for your date to come back?” I said “yes, why?” “Well, I saw her walk toward the restroom from the table but then I saw her cut through the bar area and go out the front door. I’m quite certain she left.”
So a depressing dine and dash.
This is a bad second date:
I met this girl through my ex girlfriend at the time. She was stunningly gorgeous, well educated, funny, and seemed to have everything going for her. First date was brief, but, went really well.
For our next date, she invited me up to her family’s cabin for a long weekend, just me and her. I couldn’t wait! It was a 3 hour drive to the cabin. By the end of hour one, I found out what was wrong with her. She couldn’t stop talking. Ever. I don’t know if it was nervousness or what, but, she just kept rambling on and on about the most meaningless stuff and I ended up completely tuning her out. I don’t think I said a single word the whole second half of the drive up. As a reasonably introverted person, the idea of spending a weekend with someone like that is a worst nightmare scenario.
By the time we got to her cabin, I was actually angry. I told her I wasn’t feeling well and maybe we should just go home. Luckily, she fell asleep on the ride back. I dropped her off and never called her again.

A date that will live in the infirmary forever
.
First job out of college. Relocated for job. New town. Boss’s wife decides to set me up on a blind date. Okay. I can handle that. She has good looking friends. Got stood up. The three of us go out anyway, and the young lady who stood me up, shows up at the bar we went to.
Not my worst date ever, but the time I was the worst date ever.
Back in the early 90’s while stationed on Okinawa I had gotten involved with a local young lady, but quickly realized I wanted to move on to greener pastures, but she had no intent on moving on. One Saturday night she was in my barracks room (yeah I know, I had to actually invite her aboard the base and into the barracks). After our “festivities” while she was in the head, I quietly called my best friend (pre cell phone days mind you) and told him to gather as many Marines as could find, get dressed in cammies and come bang on my hatch like there is a huge emergency and I have to leave. He went beyond the call of duty and gathered about 12 guys, got geared up and ran around outside the barracks for bit to get all hot and sweaty, then came to my room pounding on the hatch like they were going to break it down. I let them all in while they’re yelling all kinds of crazy shit like “the flightline stripper was on fire” and “we gotta go, we gotta go, we gotta go!” Scared the hell out of my guest, she couldn’t get out of my room fast enough. Never heard from her again.
This is why the bond between Marines is unbreakable. Who else would give up their Saturday night of drinking and paying video games all night to help out a brother?

You took a girl to the game? Otherwise not allowed
I answered your question. Literally.

Sorry, I have never had a bad date.
On our first real date ever me and the future wife went to a movie, The Believers. Crap movie and halfway through power went out in the theater. We got a refund then went to her place and had sex.

My husband and I started dating after being called in to intervene on my roommate’s really bad blind date. It was a bad date for them, but worked out pretty good for us.
