Your all in real big trouble

Last year I had some issues with the officiating at one race. Nothing special but it upset me, one of the comments made to my rant thread was something like ‘If you can do better then go ahead, or else shut your whining ass up.’ This weekend I am taking the officials course and working a race under the supervision of the Head Referee of course.

Like the subject line said: Your all in real big trouble or don’t make me pull this race over, I will.

Put your money where your mouth is- that’s what I always say.

Glad to hear that you will be an official.

Whats an ‘official’? Do they have those at races? I’ve never seen one.

It’s a pipe dream, but Shad is going to make it into a reality, right?

“you are” or “you’re” in trouble.

That little comment is going to cost you a 2 minute penalty buddy.

but he is right

PS Bobby, I’m proud of you son!

But i didn’t swear Mr Official??? BASTARD

You want a penalty also? That right I’m drunk with the anticipation of power y’all (that’s third person southern plural).

That’s the problem, athletes are always right

(have I just opened a can of worms) he he he he
.

ha ha, that third person plural cracks me up. After Brazil I went to the Amazon with a guy from Texas and he kept asking me how I say third person plural because I kept taking the piss out of “y’all”

PS - it’s “That’s right” as in That is right. And “You want a penalty too” instead of “also”

y’all ain’t no plural, just an improved sing.
all’y’all is plural boy!

Seems like this forum agrees on grammar about as much as it does on optimal psi.

Shad,

Thanks for going through the program. We need
more people stepping up to help out. It will take
some take some time and many races before you get that Head Official spot. Just watch, listen, and
learn off the Head Official and you will become
a good one yourself.

You need any help or suggestions, drop me a email

that should have been:

“It would seem that this forum agrees on grammer, as much as it does on optimal pounds per square inch”
.

Well, Bobby, if one wants to correct another’s grammar with any credibility, it would be a good idea to at least spell “grammar” correctly (or were you lobbing me a softball just to keep this grammar thing going?). BTY - Am not sure about the ? in the quotation so take your best “grammer” shot.

What is your take on a Texan referring to a group larger than 2 or 3 and says, “all y’all”?
