I’m trying to decide between a french roast or a latte at Starbux. It is my strong belief that the additives displace caffeine and that regular black coffee provides one with the bestest bang for the buck. I have not measured the actual density of the two fluids, but I’m pretty sure that the cream and such fills in the gaps between the water molecules, making it more dense, thus the french roast saves me a few grams, too. Please help, I’m getting a headache just thinking about all the choices!
cream? CREAM???
HTFU…
Venti espresso…the only way to fly.

Anything with the word Venti in it and YOU need to HTFU!!
And “espresso” sounds so prissy my niece used it to name her kitty.
Coffee grounds thrown in hot water. That is the only way to get a caffeine fix.
Hey!!! According to my boss I’m the busiest guy here ![]()

Hi everyone - I was thinking of replying with a smart ass comment - but should I go with an obvious comment or take my time and go with something deeper? I will give serious thought to the first 250 comments. Thank you in advance. I won’t bike until I hear from all of you.
Can’t anyone think for themselves anymore? Is common sense non-existent in the world of biking and triathlon? Why can’t we do anything without looking for affirmation, recognition, substantiation etc…? Why can’t we just go out and ride our friggin bikes and have a good time without analyzing and fretting over every aerodynamic, gram-counting, wheel-combo, tire width and color, bottom bracket flexing, carbon vs aluminum vs titanium vs steel, nuance known to man? Just go out and get on whatever bike, wheel, pedal, tire, helmet combo you own…… race and have fun!!! Sheesh
Yes it did leave a mark, but you have to admit he took it like and man and fessed up. I think better of him now- not that he looking for affirmation anyway.
