It’s neutral support and it’s driven either by swedes or swiss.
Is that like a self-centering jock strap?
Meaning it’s a car that will help any rider from any team in trouble including giving him a neutral bike until his team car can catch up.
My guess was something along those lines. Thanks!
BTW, we had Mavic support at Quelle Challenge Roth this year. They’ll also do this next year.
