Oh, on Memorial Day I did a half-marathon. Not really trained for it and did a 1:36. I’m pretty happy with that. I challenged my 31 YO niece to do San Diego’s America’s Finest City half-marathon with me. She took me up on it. She ran the San Diego Rock n’ Roll Marathon, the other day, in 3:16. A PR for her and third in her AG. I checked her HM split… 1:33. Damn, I’m in trouble.
Well my friend, if you did a 1:36 on no training that is worth talking about. Well done.

I’m in the blue singlet. My friend and owner of the local Fleet Feet Store in front (I beat him). We had beautiful scenery in front of us. She has one of the finest posteriors I’ve seen and she’s 42 and she beat me by about a minute.
