We used to say 7 sec/100, but that was when I was young and fast. It’s certainly more now.
so young and fast is 7 secs…uh oh…haha

10%. The distance is 10% longer, so the time would increase the same amount (approximately.)

But, some of it depends on your strengths and weaknesses. Good turns, yards and short course meters will be better relative to long course. Better open water swimming, you might be long course relative to what it says for yards or short course meters.
Thanks everyone…this was spurned by my friend who swims short course yds and I swim long course meters. We were trying to compare times.
