I have a Duracci 165 mm SRM. It’ll be freshly serviced from Colorado, and it’ll have the proper gearing that you need (50/34t to help you up those highway overpasses )

Though in all seriousness, you could post an ad for crank arms only and see what you find.
I’d call srm to see if those arms are proprietary (eg Duracci) or universal (eg rotor 3d+). If they are universal, id think you can get a pair for cheap
Edit: someone on ebay is selling a pair of 175mm for $180 obo. The posting claims that the arms are universal. Looks like time for you to phone SRM about it
