Just curious. Why are you looking to go to shimano from sram. I have a new 12-27. it has exactly 90km on it. Used it for a 70.3 last fall.
I just got a new (to me) cross bike and I got this SRAM cluster to put on the back…little did I know the wheels only accept Shimano.
After trying unsuccessfully to put the SRAM cassette on the (WH-7801) Dura Ace wheels; looks like this DA freehub was shimano-only.
It has this weird shoulder that will not let you slide the SRAM cassette all the way down on the hub splines.
The Ultegra 12-23 I have fits like a charm but is the wrong gear ratio - go figure.
I think the wheels are 2006 vintage.

How much do you want for your 12-27? You mention its new. Does that mean like new or NIB?

It has less than 100 miles - so negligible wear.
I’d prefer to trade and I have been PMing with another slowtwitcher.
If that falls through, I’d consider selling it outright.
