I bought a set of medium cage derailleurs to possibly use with a triple setup.

Realizing I won’t be doing that, I would like to replace the set before I build up the bike.

The derailleurs are NEW and I am looking to trade for a set of short cage derailleurs, new or like new (+cash)

I believe mine are RD-7800 GS and FD-7803.

Will also consider selling or buying outright.

Right now I would take $95 shipping since that is the going price for the SS on eBay.
(The GS is going for $130 + shipping on eBay as well.)

I just noticed that the max capacity for the 7800 FD is 15T.

I was thinking of of running compacts up front with a 12-27 rear to have a combo for all occasions (silverman '10, etc…)

Do you know if a triple FD can be used with a compact double with 16T capacity if your limits are set correctly?

If so, I would be interested in both FD and GS.

Can we work out a package deal with shipping?
