I am looking for a wheelset for my cross bike. I had the Mavic Kysriums but I sold them with another bike. I am now in need of something that can take a little abuse… I am thinking aluminum clinchers would be best. What do you have?
This may not help but I highly recommend getting a set of stans tubeless 29er wheels. I just built a set for about $250 and they are incredible. I’m able to use most CX tires, even ones not designed for tubeless use.
