Looking for a deal on a used tt frameset, something in the 54cm / Medium range, that would take 700c wheels.

Can’t help you directly, but for others info, what price range? and what kind of geometry?
Well, like I said, about a 54cm, with a top tube of about 54 as well. Seat angle not too important (I’ll adjust with seatpost/saddle setback).
