I have a small female client who needs a road frame/fork. She’s 5’3", so generally a company’s smallest size would work for her. PM me if you have anything you’re looking to get rid of, definitely in the sub-$1000 range for price, but doesn’t have to be super cheap. She’s a decent cat 2, does NRC races, good at crits, etc.
