A buddy of mine completed 4 sprints this year (on a hybrid) and loves the sport. He is looking to do Oly’s and possible a HIM next year. The only issue is he needs a road bike. A tri bike might be in the works at a later date. He is on a very tight budget and would like to keep the cost at $1k or less (with shipping to 30092). Here’s what is hoping to get for $1k:
