I bought a Colnago a couple of years ago with the same hopes, but haven’t gotten around to it. I think it was made in the 80’s(?) and is a 49cm(?). The previous owner tried to put as many Campy components from the same era on the bike. PM me and I can email you pics.

I have an 80’s model with full Campy. 12 speed down tube shifters. No idea of a particular model, it is usable now I rode it up the street the other day. Its a 58 possibly a 60cm bike. I think the original owner raced it back in the 80’s. Has a new set of 700x25 continental tires on it.

Based on that I don’t know much about the value of older bikes, I’ll sell it at a very reasonable rate. Make me an offer.
