WTB: Old Powertap wheel, less than $300

Good luck with that. And I mean that literally. I’ve been following a number of wheels from a number of people for the past couple of months and I think people are really misinformed about the relative value of the older PT wheels. Based off the fact that you can get a new wired PT from Excel Sports for around $600, I was baffled that folks were asking and demanding upwards of 4-500 bucks for older non-supported wheels. I was following one that went for $510 and it was easily six years old and cannot be repaired by Saris. That finally convinced me and I bought a new wheel from Excel Sports that can be serviced and upgraded in the future.
