Not sure if this is possible with the G4 but I recently downloaded the original software online at a… place, then made an SD card a bootable image so that it would automatically install when plugged into the USB drive and booted. Maybe look into that route if you have no luck.

Search installing mac osx from usb drive on google and you should find some info, otherwise PM me for some direction.

I have a 10.5 CPU Drop in disk, would that work?

If so, I can create a disk image for you and put it on dropbox, or send it to you via yousendit, retransfer, hightail??

Then, You would just need to burn a dvd from the disc image
