WTB: inexpensive parts for a friend's build

A friend of mine is hooked on cycling now, but can’t pony up much for a new bike. I told him I would see what I could do with his budget. I am looking for a complete component set. Shifters, brakes, cassette FD, RD and 700c wheels. I think I’ve got him covered with bar, stem and post that I have lying around here.

If you have any old parts lying around that you’d like to get rid of, please let me know. Ultimately I would like to get into a 9 speed Tiagra/105 type group with Tektro or something like the Cervelo takeoff brakes.

I’ve got a 105 FD and Dura-Ace 9sp bar end shifters.
I also have a specialized carbon seatpost.
