Check Ebay They have some cheap stuff on there. I got a wheelset for my fixie for $144 shipped. Sun Ringle rims with formula hubs. They are very nice. They have all kinds of wheelsets and single wheels available.

I have a Mavic rim/Formula hubset pair for $150
or
a really sweet Cane Creek pair with blue hubs for $450
both are in tubular btw.

I have a wheel you might be interested in, Mavic Open Pro Rim (black) built with a White Industries ENO hub. Allows you to use it on a bike with vertical dropouts and still get correct chain tension. Ridden 5 five times. Perfect condition and true. Includes lockring.

I have a brand new one built on an Alex 450 rim (black, clincher) that still has the price tags on it that I will sell you for $50 plus shipping. It has the cog and lockring still in a plastic bag taped to the spoke.
