WTB Decent 52 road bike for teenage rider

My oldest son wants to move up from a mtn. bike this summer for some light cross training for his freshman XC team and for basic transportation. Anyone have a decent road bike that would fit a 5’2" growing rider?

What kind of price are you looking for ? I have a brand new 2004 Argon18 Helium PPT that is the same size as my 52cm Cannondale.

I bought it for $2800CDN on a ‘club rider’ deal, but got it too late in the season and had switched to full on Tri racing. Now my wife is bugging me to sell it. Is $2300CDN to rich for your blood for your son right now ??

I’m afraid that is too much bike for my budget. I’m looking at entry level bikes in the $600-$850 range, and I’m looking at the same entry level bikes used in the $300 range.,

I have a biek on ebay right now that might work for you. Its in greta shape and should go around 200-250 range which would be in your price range.
