Anybody got any hanging around?
I’ve read that these need to be lubed quite often and replace yearly… where is the best/cheapest place to buy replacement cleats?
Bump… maybe someone has some sitting in a box?
One last Bump to see if anyones got a pair under the stairs all dusty and such.
Hi
I have read that you need to lube the pedals but where on the cleats are you supposed to lube and with what type of lube?
thanks
chris
The little metal bar (spring) that coils around the pedal body is to be lubed or kept free or debris. Any “dry” lube will due. Finish line Cross-country (green cap) will attract too much grit and dirt. I usually use the finish line Teflon (red cap) but I rarely lube my cleats. Keep em clean and don’t torque down the screws too much, you’ll be fine.
Sorry to get off topic.
Anyone got Zero cleats? PM the OP!
