WTB: Cheap 650c tubular rims/wheels for tire stretching

Title says it all: I’m looking for 1 or 2 650c tubular rims or wheels for stretching new tubular tires, the cheaper the better. Heck, the wheels could be trashed, as long as they are mostly round. maybe a TSR pair?

A clincher rim will work just fine for stretching as well.

or you could get a 25 pound weight and just hang it on the bottom of the tire
