The Specialized is not small enough. At 5-3, none of the 700c bikes will work.

The Cervelo and felt are spot on.

I have a specialized women’s bike in a 51 cm and am 5’4. Great fit- shorter top tube for women which is perfect for me, given my short torso. Plus, narrower handle bars and less reach for my brakes (which my BF gives me grief about for using all-too-often.)
