WTB: 650c Race Clincher Wheels, Prefer HED Jet

I am looking to buy a set of 650c clincher wheels with a Rim at least 40mm deep. Preferably Hed Jet 60s/2000, or 90 for the rear. Not looking to spend a bunch though.
