I’m looking for a 56cm single-speed cyclocross bike. Doesn’t need to be in amazing condition, but should definitely be in good working condition and well-maintained. Looking to pay $500 or less. Motobecane Fantom Cross UNO is one that comes to mind.

Why not grab one new from bikesdirect.com? They’re only 399 shipped (fantom cross uno). Not sure if they’re in stock in your size, but I think they get shipments of new ones fairly frequently.
Yeah – that was my first choice, but they’re out of the 56cm size.
